The COVID-19 pandemic caused the Cardiovascular Leadership Society organizing committee to make the decision to hold another virtual event. The Microsoft Teams conference was held on Monday November 8th, 2021 with about 30 leaders from 8 states. General topics were submitted prior to event to direct the round table discussions with the most pressing issues.

Rachel White (Board Member) was the host this year with help throughout the conference by Amanda Kopra (Board Member) and Colin Olson (President).

There were multiple presentations by our gracious sponsors on topics ranging from Cardiovascular market trends and future landscape, value of the Electrophysiology service line, and a DNV surveyor's insight in the Cath Lab. There will multiple sessions open to leadership discussion based on topics by the participants.

2022 is still unknown if an in-person event will be possible, but stay tuned because we are attempting to change the location to Bend Oregon.

If other cardiovascular leaders are interested in bringing the success of this conference into their region of the country, the non-profit will support the financial investment and planning algorithm to implement the conference.
